Sarah Rose is a NASM certified personal trainer with over 8 years experience working in the fitness industry. Specializations include: kettlebell level 1, guild certified Feldenkrais practitioner, Pilates mat, pre/post natal, indoor cycling, and group exercise. She holds a BA in classics from Princeton University and an MFA in dance: choreography and performance from Florida State University.
I offer in person training sessions in NYC and virtual sessions in NYC and beyond.
